Coralie Prosper is a French artist juggling between writing, directing and acting in film and theatre. In 2011, she graduated from the National Film School of Nice. Her final project, Mathi(eu), is a multi- award winning short film screened all around the world. In 2016, she earned her Master of Fine Arts with Distinction from East 15 Acting School in London, UK and then began to work for the Elizabeth Czerczuk Theatre Company as a child soldier. 

 

During her studies, she met Rei Watanabe, a Japanese actress, singer and dancer previously trained in Cambridge School of Visual Performing Arts and Ogaki ballet school in Nishinomiya, Japan. In 2016, Rei earned her Masters in Acting with Merit from East 15 Acting School. 

 

Having met and blossomed at East 15 Acting School, Rei and Coralie decided to set up their company, Sakura no Ki no Shita Production, in Paris to develop international projects in both theatre and film.
