The Story

 

Mathilde always knew she was a boy. Accepted as such by his parents, they renamed him "Mathieu". As a young kid, Mathieu wants to be accepted wants to be like all the other kids at his age while hoping that one day, he'll get his operation. 

 

 

* Mathi(eu) is a 20 minutes short film written and directed by Coralie Prosper in 2011. This thesis film was screened and awarded all around the world. Mathi(eu) does not directly belong to the Sakura no Ki no Shita catalogue but shows our artistic inspirations when it comes to films.
